ABOUT CHUCK MATTO

My name is Chuck. Some of my close friends call me "C-Train". I don't know how to say it other than this: Food makes me happy. Eating it, cooking it, sharing it, talking about it... everything. I've done my best to blend my lifelong experiences with my passion for food and love of BBQ to create a ride unlike anything else. 
 

I was gifted a smoker by my older brother for Christmas in 2016. I started sharing photos of my food on Instagram and from there, the train took off! Friends asked me to cater for them and just like that...I now own my own catering business, was a contestant on "Fire Masters" on the Cooking Channel, and have even had Gordan Ramsay duet one of my videos.

I want to live life to the fullest, have fun, spread love and make amazing memories.  Food and cooking has given me an opportunity to do all of those things. The FlavorTrain has left the station and isn't showing any signs of slowing down.
