Cognac Wings

Smoky, boozy, and savory wings with a rich cognac glaze.


INGREDIENTS


RECIPE

  1. Season your wings with BlazingStar All-In-One or your favorite BBQ rub. Place them on your smoker at 375 to cook(or cook them how you prefer). While the wings cook, make your sauce. 

  2. Combine ½ cup cognac, ½ cup ketchup, ½ cup agave syrup and 2 tablespoons ACV in a small sauce-pot. Season to taste with AP rub. Simmer for 5 minutes or until desired thickness is achieved. Remove from heat and set aside. 

  3. After 40 minutes, your wings should be cook through with crispy skin. Remove them from your smoker and toss in sauce. Serve immediately.
