Griddle Wings are crispy and flavorful griddle-cooked wings tossed in a tangy hot sauce glaze.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Wings
SPG Rub (rub of equal parts salt and pepper with ¼ part garlic)
1 cup everyday hot sauce or hot sauce of choice
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 stick of butter
3 tbsp vegetable oil or cooking oil of choice
RECIPE:
Preheat your griddle to medium. Season your wings with SPG mixture. Place your wings on the grill and let cook untouched for 4 minutes.
While your wings cook, combine 1 cup of hot sauce with 2 tablespoons honey over medium heat. Stir until everything is combined and incorporated. Set aside.
After 4 minutes, flip your wings and cook for 4 minutes more. Continually flip and cook every two minutes as needed until wings hit 165 internal. Toss with sauce and enjoy!
