Delicious lemon garlic rosemary wings seasoned with garlic, rosemary, and a zesty lemon sauce.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken wings, 2-3 pounds
1/2 cup minced garlic
2 sprigs rosemary
5 tbsp Garlic Pepper Rub
1 lemon, juiced
1 stick butter
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
RECIPE:
Place your chicken wings in a bowl and coat them in 2 tbsp olive oil. Add in 3/4 cup minced garlic, 1 finely chopped sprig of rosemary and 3 tbsp garlic pepper rub. Marinade at least 4 hours.
Place wings in a wingrail and apply additional 2 tbsp garlic pepper rub.
Place wings on the smoker heated to 400 and cook for 40 minutes, flipping them over halfway at the 20 minute mark. While they cook, prepare the sauce.
In small sauce pot on medium heat, combine 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup minced garlic, juice of lemon, 1 sprig chopped rosemary and salt and pepper to taste. Once combined and incorporated, remove from heat.
Remove your finished wings from the grill, toss them in the sauce and enjoy!
